CCA 2026-2027 Initial Enrollment Form

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Compass Christian Academy! This initial enrollment form collects basic family and student information and places your child in the registration queue.

Once this form is submitted, our team will review it during business hours and email you the official registration packet. Families will have 48 hours from the time the packet is sent to complete the full registration and submit the $200 registration fee to secure their child’s spot.

Before submitting this form, you will be notified if your child has a confirmed spot or if they have been placed on the waitlist.

A quick reminder:
We do have limited class sizes for our first year. If you see a waitlist option, don’t worry! We are being intentional as we launch, but we do have flexibility to open additional classes if needed.
